All prices are list and are FOB factory in Norcross, GA in U. S. dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice.


Credit Terms

Open accounts are available。 To open an account, please provide us with bank reference and account numbers and two trade references.


Return Checks

We welcome your check. Please note: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your

account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.


Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders must be submitted to AAF in writing via fax, email or U. S. Mail.

Orders will not be scheduled for assembly, production or shipment until credit terms and all questions pertaining to the order are satisfied.


Matching a Previous Order

Orders that need to match a previous order must be clearly indicated on the purchase order. 

AAF will not be responsible for the perfect match to a previous order. 

AAF will not be responsible for material being modified, changed or discontinued, etc. by our vendors.


Product Specifications

Designs and specifications are subject to change without notice.



Orders will ship pre-pay and add, 3rd party billing or freight collect.  When prepay and add is the specified option AAF will choose the freight carrier.


Order Cancellation/Changes

Orders will not be cancelled or changed without prior approval from AAF.  Changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Customer is responsible for all costs incurred prior to approval of cancellation or change request including but not limited to, laminate, upholstery, supplies and labor. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.



Merchandise cannot be returned for credit or exchange without written authorization from AAF.  A restocking fee of 25% will apply on approved returns.  Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.  Used items cannot be returned.  Custom orders cannot be returned.



 Storage and handling charges will apply when a customer delays the production or shipping of an order. The request must be in writing.



AAF warrants all products manufactured by AAF against defective material or workmanship under normal usage for one year from the date on the AAF invoice. The customer assumes responsibility for normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover any product or components that are determined to have been altered, misused, neglected, modified or improperly installed.
